Senior Pastor - Wally SteeleWally was first baptized in 1966. He served in the Air Force from 1967 to 1974. Since then, he has been involved in serving at many churches. He also has experience starting and building churches as the Executive Director of the New Mexico Christian Evangelistic Association. Wally moved to Phoenix in 2022 with his wife of 53 years, Pat. Wally believes he and his wife have much to give in the service of Christ and have the skills and energy to continue doing so.

Associate Pastor - Bob UmbanhowarBob moved his family to Phoenix in 1984 and they started attending Cactus Christian Fellowship in 1998 when it was still Palo Verde Christian Church. Bob has served as an elder, adult and children Sunday School teacher, small group leader, and as Facilities Manager for the property. He now has added Worship Leader to his responsibilities. His wife, Kathie, is a women's Sunday School teacher and they have been married since 1972. They have 2 adult sons and 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. They are both grounded in scripture and have attended Great Lakes Christian College.

Office Manager - Eileen AcostaEileen began at Cactus Christian Fellowship with much experience on October 1, 2022. She and her husband, Richard, have served on the church worship team for many years and her daughter, Dani, previously served as the Office Manager.
